Almost everything is "self-service". We can't usually add/delete your alerts manually!
How do I delete/unsubscribe alerts?
Sign in with your Email or Cellphone number.
Tip:
People forget which Email they used all the time. Try changing different Emails, or Cellphone numbers. Using Cellphone number brings up the account with active alerts.
Go to Manage page, look at the alerts you have.
Add/Delete alerts as you like. If you have no active alerts, you will not receive alerts
This aspect of our alert system has worked almost 100% of the time.
If you signed up at TWITTER.COM for Backup cell alerts, you will need to go to twitter.com and change your profile there. WiiAlerts has nothing to do with Twitter.
I have unsubscribed but still keep receiving Alerts
Always go to the
Manage
page and check your subscriptions. See if you have any subscriptions.
If you signed up at TWITTER.COM for Backup cell alerts, you will need to go to twitter.com and change your profile there. WiiAlerts has nothing to do with Twitter.
If you keep seeing text messages, this is very likely an issue with your phone, please see if the following fixes it:
Lots of cellphones have bugs in displaying text messages. If there is more than 1 message in the inbox they get confused and display the wrong message. So when you get a new text message from someone it could display an old message from us or others. The best way to deal with this is to
always keep an empty
text message inbox by deleting messages.
I received SPAM. Do you have anything to do with it?
NO. Absolutely NOT! Positive!
Please read
This
very carefully. We're very serious about this issue.
Go ahead and send us mail only after you have read these carefully, or if your issue is not covered here!
